Damages & Issues
We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. If you have any concerns about your specific order, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (for eligible cases), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us :)
